Job summary

Bd is seeking a highly analytical Demand Planning Specialist for a fully remote role across Mexico. You will build robust forecasts, analyze data, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and reduce costs in a dynamic FMCG environment.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in demand planning, strong statistical skills, and proficiency with ERP/demand planning tools. Spanish fluency is required, English a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Operations Research, Economics, Statistics).
3–5 years in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or inventory management, preferably FMCG.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for FMCG products.
Analyze historical sales data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather input for forecasts.
Monitor inventory and optimize stock to meet service levels while minimizing costs.
Identify forecast deviations and implement corrective actions.
Support S&OP process with data and insights.
Develop dashboards to track supply chain and demand metrics.
