Job summary

You will collaborate with operations and finance to align procurement with business objectives, manage vendor relations, and deliver regular reports on savings and performance. A home office setup and reliable internet are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience, preferably in food service or hospitality.
• Vendor negotiation and contract management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple remote projects.
• Knowledge of inventory management principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sourcing and procurement plans for food, beverages, and supplies.
• Identify and onboard vendors ensuring quality and service standards.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
