Job summary

Nix Sensor is seeking a Finance Administrator to manage day-to-day financial operations in a fully remote role. You will collaborate with the finance team to handle invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll data entry, and the maintenance of organized financial records and checklists.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, strong Excel skills, proficiency with Xero, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of invoicing, payables, and financial systems experience.
• Hands-on with accounting software (Xero).
• Strong numerical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Process accounts payable and vendor payments on time.
• Handle employee expense reports and reimbursements.
• Support payroll processing and data entry.
• Maintain financial records and supporting documents.
• Ensure accuracy of timesheets and expenses.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
