You will partner with LATAM Sales leadership to shape programs, events, and channel marketing initiatives that create measurable pipeline. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in digital and field marketing, strong CRM/marketing automation experience, and a proven ROI track record.

Formación

• 5+ years in digital and field marketing within IT B2B or similar.
• 55
• Proven experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo.
• Demonstrated ability to drive ROI and pipeline through marketing programs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement demand generation programs to accelerate pipeline.
• Plan, research, design and manage local events with pre/post strategies.
• Manage partner marketing initiatives and MDF ROI with channel partners.
• Analyze campaigns and report on impact to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with sales on activities and ensure alignment across regions.
