Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to accelerate demand through digital and field programs. You will collaborate with LATAM Sales leadership and a global marketing team to design campaigns, manage events, and optimize channel initiatives.

You will own ROI analysis, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with global, regional, and local programs. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years digital, field, and channel marketing responsibilities.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and Marketo.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently and local language.
• Spanish is a plus.
• History of ROI on investment to pipeline.
• Budget management and accountability.
• Experience with public relations and corporate communications.
• Strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs to drive demand.
• Lead field marketing by designing local events with cohesive pre/post strategies.
• Manage distributor and reseller MDF initiatives for ROI alignment.
• Analyze campaign impact and feed learnings into strategy.
• Coordinate with regional and local teams on activities and budgeting.
• Oversee PR collaborations with regional and corporate teams.
• Utilize marketing tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau for insights.
