Placements24 seeks an experienced IT security engineer specializing in Endpoint Security to join a remote-first team. You will deploy and optimize EDR and antivirus solutions, manage patching, and monitor threats across endpoints.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, policy development, and proactive risk mitigation. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT security, strong OS security knowledge, and experience with leading EDR tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security focusing on endpoint security.
• Hands-on experience with leading EDR tools (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Defender for Endpoint).
• Strong OS security knowledge (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Experience with patch management & vulnerability scanning.

• Deploy, configure, and manage endpoint security solutions (EDR, antivirus, DLP).
• Monitor endpoint security alerts and respond to security incidents.
• Analyze endpoint threats and develop mitigation strategies.
