A remote staffing solution provider is seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee daily Shopify operations. The ideal candidate will manage the full order lifecycle, coordinate with suppliers, and lead a remote team. Essential qualifications include hands-on Shopify experience and strong organizational skills. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $1,800 to $2,200 per month, emphasizing high ownership and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Hands-on Shopify operations experience is a must.
• Experience in B2B e-commerce environments for bulk/custom orders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily Shopify store operations end-to-end.
• Oversee the full order lifecycle from intake to delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and fulfillment partners.
• Manage customer operations and issue resolution.
• Lead a small remote/offshore team.
• Implement and optimize operational processes.
• Ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
