You will guide implementations, mentor developers, and help clients turn Shopify into a growth engine. You will oversee stores and integrations, drive scalable solutions, set coding standards, and translate business goals into technical roadmaps while delivering measurable improvements in conversion and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale solutions.
• Experience leading development teams.
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
• Support sales conversations and scope projects.
• Strong communication and remote collaboration.
• High proficiency in English.
• Availability for part-time project involvement as needed.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee Shopify stores and integrations end-to-end.
• Lead engagements and mentor developers during initial phases.
• Provide strategic guidance on CRO, UX/UI, SEO, and performance.
• Collaborate with sales to scope projects and identify upsell opportunities.
• Translate client goals into technical roadmaps and priorities.
• Stay current with Shopify updates and headless frameworks.
