Qualifications

• Strong P&C insurance background required.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to deliver data solutions.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data solutions.
• Facilitate discussions with SMEs and stakeholders to translate data stories into specs.
• Support source-to-target mapping, data quality, and validation of business rules.
• Assist with UAT planning and execution and track issues/decisions.
• Work with data engineering teams to implement requirements accurately.
• Develop moderately complex analytics solutions for quality, process, or analytics initiatives.
• Improve data platforms, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs.
• Liaise between IT and Product Management for data solutions.
