We seek QA Coders who review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and write clear CS questions. No AI background required; strong CS fundamentals and English communication are essential.

Work from anywhere in Latin America, on a freelance contract with pay up to 34 USD/hr plus incentives. Typical projects involve evaluating diverse coding tasks and contributing to live production

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals and problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Experience reading and evaluating code quality or CS concepts.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, structured prompts to challenge AI models.
