Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear prompts to probe AI systems. This remote, contract opportunity welcomes applicants from Latin America and requires solid software engineering experience and strong English communication.

You’ll work asynchronously from anywhere, earn up to $34 USD/hr with performance incentives, and contribute to cutting-edge AI training tasks. 1099 contract; no sponsorship.

Formación

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across dimensions—accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write computer science questions and prompts to challenge AI models and push coding ability.
