Latino Legends is partnering with a global cybersecurity consulting firm to recruit a Director who will lead multiple engagements, ensure top-tier client delivery, and help grow strategic accounts in a fully remote environment.

You will guide senior teams, mentor managers, and shape delivery governance while staying ahead of industry trends. This role offers executive exposure, career progression, and a generous compensation package with a performance bonus.

Formación

• Extensive experience leading complex consulting engagements.
• Strong background in cybersecurity consulting, digital forensics, incident response, or related advisory services.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships and influence strategic decisions.
• Experience mentoring senior consulting teams in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee governance across large, complex, or multi-stream consulting engagements.
• Ensure projects are delivered with consistency, quality, and adherence to established methodologies.
• Provide strategic guidance to Senior Managers and Managers throughout project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Support executive-level client communications during critical situations and escalations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex technical and business challenges.
• Partner with account management teams to strengthen long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, standards, and service quality.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Senior Managers, Managers, Senior Consultants, and subject matter experts.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous learning.
• Identify and develop future leaders through succession planning and professional development.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across consulting teams.
