Control Risks in Mexico City or São Paulo seeks an Associate Director to lead our Embedded Consulting business across Latin America, including Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and other key markets. You will drive growth, oversee client relationships, manage contracts, and deliver embedded security programs across diverse environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years in operational security or security consulting.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing security programs across multinational environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the delivery and growth of Embedded Consulting services across Latin America, focusing on operational security, protective services, corporate security, and risk management programs.
• Serve as the regional lead for embedded security engagements, maintaining client relationships and ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Coordinate with regional security teams to align staffing, delivery standards, security protocols, and client requirements.
• Oversee a dispersed workforce of embedded security consultants, including performance and professional development.
• Oversee contract performance, budgets, billing, renewals, and overall financials for the portfolio.
• Support business development through proposals, RFP responses, pricing input, and client presentations.
• Monitor program performance using data and client feedback to improve service delivery and outcomes.
• Ensure delivery aligns with Control Risks’ standards while respecting local regulatory and cultural contexts.
• Foster collaboration across regional and global teams to ensure safe, consistent, and commercially successful delivery.
