Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Customer Success professional to manage a portfolio of outdoor hospitality customers, ensuring continued success and renewals. You will be the go-to contact for operators, guiding them through the platform and helping them optimize bookings, rates, and availability.

You’ll run trainings, create useful guides, and collaborate with product teams to improve the platform while maintaining warm, proactive support across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in SaaS is preferred.
• Able to learn software deeply and explain it to non-technical users.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong troubleshooting with a calm, solutions-first mindset.
• Organized with follow-through across multiple accounts.
• Patient and supportive across varying levels of technical comfort.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for a portfolio of active customers.
• Answer product questions and troubleshoot bookings, rates, payments, and availability.
• Run check-ins and trainings to grow feature adoption.
• Help operators adjust setup as seasons or inventory change.
• Stay calm during peak-season rushes and keep records up to date in CRM.
• Create follow-up notes and maintain customer documentation.
• Turn recurring questions into helpful guides and FAQs.
• Spot at-risk accounts early and take proactive steps to retain customers.
• Share feedback with product and engineering to improve the platform.
