As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the go-to contact for a portfolio of parks, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and train operators to adopt new features.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally SaaS.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, patient, and process-oriented approach.
• Ability to create helpful documentation and guides.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of active customers.
• Answer product questions and troubleshoot bookings, rates, and payments.
• Run check-ins and training sessions to drive adoption of features.
• Help operators adjust setups as seasons and inventory change.
• Stay calm during peak-season rushes and keep records up to date.
• Turn recurring questions into FAQs and notes for support docs.
• Identify at-risk accounts and proactively support renewals.
• Share feedback to help product and engineering improve the platform.
