WorldStrides is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver excellent service across phone, email, and chat channels from Mérida, Mexico. The CSR will be the main contact for parents and students, resolving queries promptly while representing the WorldStrides brand with professionalism.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, routing information to relevant teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.

Formación

• Associate degree or post-high school education preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or related field such as tourism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming customer calls concerning billing, trip information and policy and procedures.
• Provide accurate information and resolve inquiries in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
• Accurately note all contact information in tour delivery systems.
• Route information to relevant colleagues to resolve issues.
• Remain knowledgeable of WorldStrides policy and procedure within CSR scope.
• Meet and exceed customer service performance metrics and goals.
