Job summary

Talink is seeking a fully remote Continuous Improvement Project Manager for a major e-commerce client. You will lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to drive operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance, coordinating remote teams across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management with CI, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred, and excels at guiding virtual teams through data-driven process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage projects and teams in a fully remote setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills for virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and lead CI projects using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Analyze processes to find bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Develop project plans with scope, objectives, timelines, and metrics.
• Manage cross-functional remote teams and ensure project success.
• Implement changes and monitor effectiveness with data analysis.
• Facilitate remote workshops and training on improvement methods.
• Communicate status, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure adoption of new processes and tools across the organization.
