HigherOptions is seeking a Digital Marketing, Lead Generation & Content Specialist focused on content creation, social media management, video editing, and lead generation for a US-based client in construction materials.

The role requires strong English/Spanish writing, experience across platforms, and ability to manage paid and organic campaigns remotely. Remote work is supported with potential for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, advertising, and/or lead generation.
• Strong experience creating social media content for multiple platforms with short-form video editing skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience creating and managing paid campaigns with Meta/Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads.

Aufgaben

• Create, edit, and publish social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and more.
• Manage social media accounts: post content, maintain calendar, respond to inquiries, guide prospects into sales.
• Write captions, hooks, scripts, ad copy, email content, and landing-page copy in English and Spanish.
• Develop and run paid and organic campaigns to generate inquiries and leads with defined audiences.
• Monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and prepare periodic improvement reports.
• Coordinate with designers, clients, and sales teams to deliver content on time and track leads through the funnel.
