Job summary

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation seeking a Site Contracts Negotiator I to support review and negotiation of clinical trial agreements under guidance. You will help ensure contracts are executed accurately to enable timely study start-up.

You will draft, review and track site contracts, assist negotiations, and liaise with stakeholders to gather information and ensure compliant documentation. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Initial experience in contracts, legal support, clinical research, or administration is preferred.
• Understanding of contract terms and interest in developing negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple documents and timelines.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn site contracting processes, systems, and industry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing site contracts using approved templates, under supervision from senior team members or leads.
• Supporting contract negotiations with sites, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Tracking contract status, timelines, and key milestones in designated systems and trackers.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather required information and align on contract terms.
• Ensuring contract documentation is complete, accurate, and filed in accordance with SOPs.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the site contracts team.
