Qualifications

• : Holds a Master's or PhD in Environmental Science, Climate Science, Ecology, or related field.
• : Deep expertise in climate modeling, ecology, sustainability, or environmental data analysis.
• : Proficient in Python or R for research or applied projects.
• : Exceptional written communicator who can explain complex science clearly and precisely.
• : Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in an async environment.
• : Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced, real-world environmental science problems spanning climate modeling, ecology, and sustainability
• Solve and critically review complex problem sets to ensure scientific accuracy, depth, and rigor
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to enhance AI reasoning in environmental science
