Alignerr is seeking software engineers to join a fully remote hourly contract role in León. You will write, review, and improve AI-generated code, providing expert feedback to help AI coding assistants become smarter and safer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/SE.
• Proven ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design stress-testing prompts and edge cases for AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions by quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
