Alignerr Corp. is seeking software engineers for a fully remote hourly contract based in or able to work remotely from Tijuana. You will write, review, and improve AI-generated code, providing expert feedback to help AI coding assistants perform better.

This role emphasizes practical, hands-on engineering and independent, asynchronous work. You will collaborate by reviewing diverse AI outputs, designing robust prompts, and ranking solutions to guide development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages listed.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design principles.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code with clarity.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and problem domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and quality.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining code decisions.
• Design coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress test AI capabilities.
• Rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
