Job summary

LawRank is seeking a skilled and dedicated Client Success Coordinator (CSC) to serve as a reliable liaison between our team and our clients while directly supporting our Client Success Managers. This role helps keep projects moving, client requests on track, and clients confident that their marketing is in good hands.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, curious about digital marketing, and comfortable collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service, customer success, account coordination, assistant roles, or other client-facing positions.
• High level of English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Client-focused mindset with strong empathy, patience, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Comfortable using AI tools and LLMs such as ChatGPT and Claude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on Client Needs: Ensure client needs are met and exceeded at every stage, with deadlines and commitments.
• Support Client Communications: Assist Client Success Managers with client communications while helping build strong relationships.
• Coordinate Across Teams: Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Development teams to keep projects moving.
• Support Client Reporting: Help prepare client reports and performance updates by gathering data and insights.
• Assist with Content Management: Upload content and images to WordPress websites as part of project delivery.
• Support Client Onboarding: Work with Client Success and Sales teams to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
