Mondelez International is seeking an Analyst for Category Management in Santa Fé, Mexico. You will drive category growth by reviewing ranges, optimizing space, and collaborating with category and customer teams to implement space and layout decisions.

Your role includes conducting quarterly space reviews, identifying opportunities, and providing data-driven recommendations for in-store trials and Big Bets projects. A strong analytical mindset and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Analytical skills for category insights and space optimization.
• Experience with project management in supply chain or commercial settings.
• Understanding shopper missions by channel and drivers of purchase.

Responsabilidades

• Produce range review recommendations and space layout decisions.
• Develop and measure space targets in collaboration with category and customer teams.
• Run quarterly space reviews and share best practices across accounts.
• Provide reviews of category position, opportunities, and risks for space planning.
• Develop space recommendations for key category-driven initiatives.
• Improve analysis quality and recommendations with modular plans.
