Ovation Law Firm is seeking a proactive Trainer to develop and deliver intake team training during an exciting growth phase. You will create learning materials, coach staff, and drive ongoing education to ensure a superior client experience.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in training or L&D, expertise in instructional design, and strong English communication. This is a fully remote role based in LATAM with flexible scheduling and access to leadership mentorship.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Trainer or in L&D within high-volume environments.
• Proven instructional design, curriculum development, training delivery, and evaluation.
• Strong classroom facilitation and adult learning skills; capable of creating training plans and assessments.
• Experience coaching and giving feedback on technical and soft skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; advanced English (C1/C2).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Slack/Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain training materials, agendas, assessments, and learning resources.
• Facilitate new hire training programs and ensure adherence to processes.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Design and deliver continuous education programs based on needs.
• Measure training effectiveness and impact with key metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Leadership to improve performance.
