BairesDev is a global tech company hiring a C-Level Executive Headhunter to join our Recruiting Team. The role focuses on attracting and placing senior executives, working directly with Fortune 500 clients and top tech leaders.

The position requires strong English, exceptional communication, and a proven track record in executive recruitment. We offer a fully remote setup, flexible hours, and a collaborative, multinational environment that values growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Recruiting.
• Executive/C-Level recruitment experience.
• Native/Proficient English level is fundamental.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for upper-level executive positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and presentation to internal clients.
• Tailor a highly customized and positive experience for candidates for upper-level executive positions, being their point of contact within BairesDev for any needs they might encounter during the recruiting process.
• Build strong relationships with key players from the market, from internal leadership to HR business partners and candidates.
• Develop and implement successful and creative sourcing strategies for upper-level executive positions.
