Regal Rexnord is seeking a Buyer to manage end-to-end purchasing for materials, components, and services, ensuring availability and cost competitiveness. You will negotiate with suppliers, create POs, and monitor delivery commitments to support Plant 1 operations.

The role requires 2–4 years in purchasing/procurement within manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP/ERP systems. This is a fully onsite position at our Regal Rexnord office in Mexico, aligned with global supplier

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
• 2–4 years in Purchasing/Procurement, Supply Chain, Materials Planning or Supplier Management.
• Experience with SAP and ERP/MRP systems; knowledge of supplier performance metrics and cost analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the purchasing process for assigned materials and components.
• Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
• Review requirements and delivery dates based on production needs.
• Ensure timely material availability to prevent operational disruptions.
• Monitor open purchase orders and supplier delivery commitments.
