Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or consulting.
• Experience mapping, analyzing, and optimizing processes using Lean, Six Sigma, BPM.
• Proficiency with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially in virtual settings.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Remote consulting experience is a plus.
• Spanish fluency and English proficiency for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify improvements, automation, and optimization.
• Map current state processes and design future state processes aligned with objectives.
• Develop detailed process improvement recommendations and implementation plans.
• Utilize process modeling tools to visualize and analyze workflows.
• Collaborate with remote client teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and meetings to drive buy-in for changes.
• Oversee implementation of process improvements and ensure adoption and measurable results.
• Develop KPIs to track process effectiveness.
• Create documentation including maps, SOPs, and training materials.
• Stay updated on BPM best practices and industry trends.
