About the Role

Our client, a dynamic management consulting firm, is actively searching for a skilled Consultor de Estrategia y Optimización de Procesos Remoto to join their globally distributed team. This role is fully remote, providing significant flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Mexico. You will be instrumental in helping clients enhance their operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and implement strategic process improvements. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies (such as Lean and Six Sigma), and a proven ability to drive change. You will collaborate closely with clients to identify bottlenecks, redesign processes, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results in cost reduction and productivity gains. Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies for process optimization using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM. Design and document future-state processes and workflows. Lead client workshops to gather process requirements and drive consensus on solutions. Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with clients to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption. Manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Develop clear and concise reports, presentations, and recommendations for clients. Facilitate change management activities to support process transformation. Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in process optimization and operational excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in process analysis, optimization, or operational consulting. Demonstrated experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or similar methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and manage projects independently. Experience in client-facing roles and a track record of delivering results. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
