A leading US-based client is looking for analytical and detail-oriented individuals fluent in English and Russian. In this role, you'll help train and improve large language models (LLMs) like GPT by breaking down complex content, validating claims through online research, and solving logic-driven tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and simplify large content into logical components
• Solve diverse analytical problems and create training scenarios for LLMs
• Validate factual claims and provide clear feedback to improve model accuracy

What Does Day-to-Day Look Like?

You'll spend your time solving interesting analytical problems and creating scenarios that help train large language models to reason better. Your input will teach the model how to handle complex logic, real-world ambiguity, and nuanced reasoning.

Here are some examples of tasks you might work on, these are scenarios where models often make mistakes, and your role is to identify the right answer and explain why:

Analytical Reasoning:

• Based on a distribution of monthly sales data across multiple locations, can you determine which location experienced the most growth?
• (Hint: What time period should be analyzed? Should sudden spikes or early-stage volatility be excluded?)

Logical Deduction Puzzle:

• In a small town, there are four neighborhoods: Oak, Pine, Maple, and Elm. A postman delivers mail to only two neighborhoods per day, following certain rules (e.g., Oak must be visited before Pine).
• If he delivers to Oak and Elm on Day 1, which neighborhoods does he deliver to on Day 2?

No prior specialized domain knowledge is required—just strong logic, curiosity, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Russian (written and reading)
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations
• Creative, independent, and self-motivated
• Availability for 20-40 hours/week overlapping US hours
• Reliable computer and internet setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in fields like Engineering, Journalism, Statistics, etc.
• Experience in writing, analysis, or translation roles
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic, logical reasoning, Excel, and Google Suite
