Job summary

CobaltoTalent is seeking a forward-thinking Full-Stack Software Developer to join our remote team. You will design, build, and deploy scalable front-end and back-end apps, integrating AI models into commercial software and automating workflows in a fully remote LATAM environment.

You will work with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Gemini APIs, implement data pipelines and retrieval-augmented generation, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions for

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Full-Stack web development (React, Node.js, Express, and/or Python/Django/FastAPI).
• Proven, practical experience building applications that interact with LLM APIs (prompt engineering, function calling, API wrappers).
• Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vector Databases (Pinecone) is a massive plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) with the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts clearly to non-technical business owners.
• Self-starter mindset with strong time-management skills for a fully remote environment.
