This remote hourly contract role emphasizes strong leadership and bilingual content delivery. You will allocate tasks, review outputs, provide feedback, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team management or leadership experience.
• 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, or content projects.
• Native or near-native Spanish with professional English.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills including structured feedback.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate logical soundness and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to give detailed, structured feedback and think creatively to solve problems
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
