About the Role

We are looking for a forward-thinking Full-Stack Software Developer to join our remote team. Beyond traditional web development, the ideal candidate has hands‑on experience integrating Artificial Intelligence models into commercial applications. You will be responsible for building internal tools, automating complex workflows, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) to give our US-based clients a massive competitive edge in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable front‑end and back‑end web applications.
• Integrate modern AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini) into existing software to automate tasks, build intelligent agents, or create AI‑driven internal workflows.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional, AI‑powered tech solutions.
• Implement data structures and pipelines (like basic RAG - Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) that allow companies to interact with their own internal data using natural language.
• Maintain databases, troubleshoot bugs, and write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of proven experience in Full‑Stack web development (React, Node.js, Express, and/or Python/Django/FastAPI).
• Proven, practical experience building applications that interact with LLM APIs (prompt engineering, function calling, API wrappers).
• Experience working with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non‑relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vector Databases (Pinecone) is a massive plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) with the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts clearly to non‑technical business owners.
