Jobgether is seeking a Bookkeeper & AR Specialist to manage the full billing-to-cash cycle for a fast-growing digital marketing agency. You will handle invoicing, collections, and monthly closes using QuickBooks Online, Stripe, and Mercury in a fully remote, international setting.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 3+ years in bookkeeping and AR. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in bookkeeping, billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.
• Experience managing invoicing and collections for multiple active clients.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Mercury, and bank reconciliations.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts receivable and invoicing cycle; issue invoices on schedule.
• Run recurring Stripe invoicing every four weeks for clients.
• Calculate variable client fees based on contract terms and spend reports.
• Monitor payments and follow up on overdue invoices every 3 business days.
• Apply payments to invoices; maintain AR aging reports.
• Perform monthly close activities and coordinate with external CPA.
• Set up new clients in Stripe including subscriptions and billing info.
• Support contract administration via DocuSign; ensure terms documented.
• Develop and improve financial procedures and workflows.
