The role requires strong executive communication in English, a background in procurement/finance, and experience redlining contracts with legal teams. Core hours are EST.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers.
• Ability to redline and craft contract language in partnership with the legal team.
• Executive communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, IT, or finance; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead basic negotiations on Software and SaaS contracts to support business needs.
• Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders for alignment with objectives.
• Provide procurement perspective and conduct analyses on quotations and supplier performance.
• Coach/mentor junior team members.
