The ideal candidate has significant experience in complex contractual negotiations, MSAs and SOWs, and can craft language in partnership with the legal team. English fluency and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex commercial negotiations.
• Ability to redline MSAs, SOWs, and amendments.
• Strong analytical skills for quotations and supplier performance.
• Executive communication skills (written and verbal).
