Digital Media Management is hiring an Assistant Video Editor for its Creative team. You will manage assets, format clips for social media, and support editors across platforms.

The role is fully remote for candidates based in Mexico, with regular hours 9am–6pm PST and occasional after-hours as needed. You will work with Art Directors, Project Managers, Video Editors, Motion Designers and Graphic Designers to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality video production across Instagram, Facebook,

Qualifications

• Advanced English level (C1+ or higher).
• 3+ years of experience editing and creating video assets, independently or in previous roles.
• Experience with Output and Delivery workflows for client or team editors.
• Proficiency with Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability to changing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative files and assets for social media projects.
• Assist editors with producing low-lift social clips and reformat content for various platforms.
• Oversee asset management from intake to final delivery to ensure organized workflow.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Project Managers, Video Editors, Motion Designers, and Graphic Designers.
• Ingest, format, and sync footage, add subtitles and create thumbnails for platform specs.
