Bluelight is seeking a results‑driven Inside Sales/BDR to join our expanding team. You will execute high‑volume outbound prospecting daily via calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS, manage outreach in HubSpot, and build targeted lists using Apollo, Clay, and ZoomInfo.

Ideal candidates have hands‑on experience with the four tools, strong negotiation, and excellent English. You will qualify leads, book discovery calls, log activities, and help build a predictable pipeline while contributing to

• Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and ZoomInfo.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales in tech/software.
• Strong negotiation skills with decision‑maker influence.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities).
• Use HubSpot to manage outreach tasks, cadences, and follow‑ups.
• Build targeted prospect lists aligned with ICP using Apollo/Clay.
• Run multi‑touch outbound sequences to engage prospects.
• Research accounts with ZoomInfo and identify key decision‑makers.
• Write high‑converting emails and LinkedIn messages with clear CTAs.
• Qualify prospects, book discovery calls, and log pipeline updates.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for activity, conversations, and pipeline.
