DEUNA, a rapidly growing startup building ATHIA, seeks a senior engineering manager to lead our backend engineering team in LATAM. You will oversee engineering managers and technical leads, shaping architecture, execution, and people development in a highly AI-driven payments backend.

You should have 10+ years building backend systems at scale, preferably in fintech/payments, with strong mentorship, communication, and delivery of reliable, low-debt systems. Join us to accelerate global payments.

• 10+ years of experience building backend systems at scale, ideally in fintech/payments.
• Proven track record mentoring teams and delivering high-availability, low-debt systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to navigate day-to-day operations.
