BairesDev, a remote-led tech company, seeks a Senior Backend Software Engineer – Python to build backend services on AWS that power products used by millions of collectors. This is a hands‑on role shaping backend from design through deployment.

You will grow cloud and backend skills, work with Docker/Kubernetes, and manage data models in PostgreSQL and DynamoDB. Advanced English is required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience with Python.
• Hands-on AWS Serverless experience (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, API Gateway).
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
• High level of English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services on AWS serverless infrastructure.
• Implement features end to end from design through deployment.
• Build and consume APIs for web and mobile apps.
• Work with containerized services using Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
• Build and maintain data models across PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
