Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own the paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will craft budgets, roadmaps and narratives, and act as the strategic voice in client calls.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS and pipeline growth. You are the primary driver of attribution, testing and optimization, and you’ll own the 90‑day plan and quarterly client roadmaps while building long-term

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns with direct management.
• Proven ability to move ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics; show a track record.
• Experience managing multiple clients at an agency simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Lead budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Implement trustworthy conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps and articulate the numbers on client calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
