Venus AI is seeking a highly motivated Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is home-based, covering a defined territory, with travel within North America and internationally as required.

You will drive growth for our medical aesthetics capital equipment, build strong clinician relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, meetings, sales cycles, and CRM maintenance (Salesforce).

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field.
• 3–5 years B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling lasers or aesthetic devices to clinicians.

Mansioni

• Manage territory and grow customer base.
• Conduct cold calls and book meetings daily.
• Develop sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Maintain CRM data and generate reports.
• Support product demonstrations and installations.
