Embark on a journey as a 100% REMOTE Social Media Specialist, contributing to our team's success within the 7:30 am-3:30 pm Mountain Standard Time zone. This position is full time and you are required to be online, and be reachable by the team during operating hours.

🚀 2 years+ experience managing and strategizing social media campaigns across various platforms + community management in the beauty or medical industry.

🌟 A creative mind with a flair for crafting engaging content that sparks conversations and fosters community engagement.

🔮 Analytical prowess to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for optimal results.

📕 Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Canva, and the ability to adapt to emerging trends.

💬 Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

🧙♂️ Problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and efficiently, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns.

🤓 Managing 20+ brands on multiple channels, each month you’ll be responsible for the execution of 300+ posts on Facebook, Instagram, & Google My Business.

👯 Work directly with our team members to ensure that your strategy aligns with all organic department strategies (SEO & Blogs, etc)

📊 Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.

📆 Implement content calendars and scheduling, ensuring consistent and timely delivery.
