Cresta is seeking an Architectural Sales Assistant / Estimating Support Specialist to support the Head of Sales for a US-based client. This 100% remote role from Mexico follows a NY schedule and offers competitive USD pay.

You will read blueprints, perform soft takeoffs, input specifications into internal systems to generate quotes, and coordinate with clients for drawings and scope clarifications. Strong English and coordination experience are essential.

Competenze

2–4+ years of experience in architectural drafting, construction takeoffs, estimating support, or sales coordination within the AEC industry.
Strong blueprint reading and technical quoting knowledge.
Advanced English with professional phone etiquette.

Mansioni

Gather data from architectural plans, drawings, and project specifications to perform soft takeoffs.
Input specifications, quantities, and technical project details into internal coding systems for quote generation.
Prepare, review, and deliver preliminary quotes to the Head of Sales for final approval.
Communicate directly with clients to request project drawings, technical documentation, and scope clarifications.
Serve as the central support liaison for the Head of Sales, handling technical and administrative details.
Answer incoming sales phone calls during core U.S. business hours and route calls to appropriate managers.
Follow up with clients and internal team members to ensure timely project progression.
