Partner Company in Mexico is seeking an experienced AI Change Lead to drive the change strategy and adoption across a global AI transformation programme. This remote role involves shaping adoption plans, coordinating communications, and engaging senior leaders across Technology, Learning and business functions.

You will build AI communities, lead high-impact engagement initiatives and ensure effective governance and learning pathways for employees to embrace AI at scale.

Formación

• Proven experience as Change Lead or Transformation Lead.
• Experience with AI adoption, digital transformation or related programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leaders.
• Experience delivering cross-functional, global programmes.
• Experience designing learning paths and employee adoption initiatives.
• Ability to translate transformation objectives into engaging employee experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the AI Change Strategy, transformation narrative and adoption plan.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and key business units.
• Coordinate communications plans, messaging, FAQs, engagement materials and adoption content.
• Coordinate AI governance forums, decisions, risks and action tracking.
• Support the rollout of AI learning pathways and adoption initiatives.
• Lead planning and delivery of AI-focused corporate events.
• Establish and manage an AI Champions Community for advocacy and adoption.
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions; escalate as needed.
• Provide regular reporting on progress, adoption and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with Learning, Communications, Technology and business teams for integrated delivery.
