Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail (grammar, punctuation, style).

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code: identify errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to guide model improvement.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
