Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions. You will work with product, engineering, and leadership to build intelligent systems powering automation, analytics, and conversational AI.

This fully remote, independent-contractor role offers exposure to cutting-edge AI technology and cross-functional collaboration. You will work with Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms, deploying models to production while focusing on performance,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, ML, or related software engineering roles.
• Strong experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or LangChain.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, LLMs, generative AI, or NLP systems.
• Experience deploying ML models into production environments.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for production environments.
• Build and optimize AI-powered applications using LLMs and generative AI tools.
• Develop intelligent automation workflows, chatbots, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and improve machine learning models for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to integrate AI features into existing platforms.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for training and inference pipelines.
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Monitor AI systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
• Maintain documentation for AI models, systems, and workflows.
