Job summary

CobaltoTalent seeks a Full-Stack Software Developer (AI-Enabled) for a 100% remote LATAM role. You will build AI-powered tools, automate workflows, and integrate LLMs to give US-based clients a competitive edge.

Required: 3–5 years in full-stack development, experience with LLM APIs, multiple databases, and English proficiency. Remote-work environment with direct client interaction and modern AI integrations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in Full-Stack web development (React, Node.js, Express, and/or Python/Django/FastAPI).
• Experience building applications that interact with LLM APIs (prompt engineering, function calling, API wrappers).
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vector Databases (Pinecone) is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1) with ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-starter mindset with strong time-management for a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable front-end and back-end web applications.
• Integrate modern AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini) into existing software to automate tasks and build AI-powered workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-powered solutions.
• Implement data structures and pipelines, incl. basic RAG, for querying internal data via natural language.
• Maintain databases, troubleshoot bugs, and write clean, maintainable code.
