BairesDev is seeking a Full-stack Python AI Engineer to own features end-to-end in an enterprise AI assistant, spanning backend services, RAG pipelines and frontend interfaces built on a design system.

The role leans backend around 70/30, requires 5+ years in Python (8+ for lead scope), React/TypeScript, LangChain/LlamaIndex, AWS, and strong English. This 100% remote position offers USD or local currency compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python experience; 8+ years for lead scope.
• Experience with LLM integration and RAG pipelines in production.
• Proficiency in React and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS.
• Available to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, including agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and API services.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces within an established design system.
• Validate agent behavior against evaluation sets.
• Balance work across the stack, with a backend lean of roughly 70/30.
