Job summary

Outlier seeks QA coder contractors to review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft coding prompts from a flexible LatAm-based remote setup. You’ll assess AI outputs for accuracy, style, and instructional quality, helping elevate AI code generation.

You should hold a CS degree, have production-code experience, and be fluent in English. Eligible countries include Mexico and other Latin American nations; compensation is hourly with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions—accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models and push coding abilities.
